Royal Tacos

This is my Royal Taco thatI created with Photoshop. What I did was I took A picture of a Taco on the internet and just added thing on and made the size right by using free transform. Then I used the magic wand for selecting the details and just colored it in.

  1. I like how you used a different taco then the rest of our team. I dont like how you went over the outlines with the colors. I think you could improve the way you colored it, you could do this by zooming in on the picture and selecting sections with the magic wand tool and coloring it with the brush tool.

  2. The personification of the taco is a good idea, so that people can bond with the human aspects, and it makes it easily recognizable. However, you can improve on the coloring and add a little less detail so that it is not too busy. Practice using Ctrl+ to get to the smaller details and use either masking or erasing to clean up.

  3. I think the crown looks good on him, you did a good job with free transform. However, there are small patches of white that show in the colors, you can fix this by selecting those areas and making them layers to color them.

  4. I like how when I look at your creation, I can instantly figure out that the groups name is Royal Tacos since you have the taco with the crown on it. I like the use of the colors and where they were placed also. If I were to change anything, I would modify the background to be a color like purple and then using the Gradient Tool to make it fade downwards.

  5. i like how the crown stands out, I don't like how it just looks drawn up there, how i would have fixed this is by using the magic wand tool to select the image and use the brush tool to color it.

  6. I really like the crown but it looks a little thrown on. The taco looks good all together. However the color could be fixed so there is not as many white spots. Fix those by selecting that layer and using the brush tool to go over it real quick.
